After my ex came after me to attempt to take full custody of our kids for no other reason than pettiness, and after see how Edgar handled my brother's custody case i right away texted him and got information and got a consultation. I told him my situation and what i was served with, he instantly got ...to work as soon as i hired him. Explained the process to me and to take plenty of notes and pictures of texts and situations my ex would do to keep our kids from seeing me or spending time with me and how she was using her mom as a shield to stop me from seeing my children he put a stop to that as soon as she got a response from Edgar. I informed him of everything i wanted witch was 50/50 custody of my kids. I did not want to lower myself and try to take full custody i wanted what was fair and what the kids needed witch is both parents in their lives and he did exactly that. He got me 50/50 custody and parenting time, compared to the 2h supervised visit once a week my ex was requesting and the supervised visit would be at her house... Thankfully even the judge put a stop to that as well. Edgar was very proffesional and extremely helpful. This was a postition i never ever wanted to be in because ive seen how the judge did my father dirty when it came to my younger sisters so i expected to lose everyting but he assured him that would not happen. I would 100% suggest Edgar to anyone going through a custody issue with their SO.

I recently got out of a six year relationship with one of my ex-partners. She attempted to lie and successfully got a restraining order aginst me. I fought it and hired Edgar Diaz. He did amazing work. He cited old cases on why; what was happening and what had happened was not a liable reason for a r...estraining order. It got dismissed. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. For this i give Five stars due to how he held himself. Definitely would recommend to a friend.
