I recently got out of a six year relationship with one of my ex-partners. She attempted to lie and successfully got a restraining order aginst me. I fought it and hired Edgar Diaz. He did amazing work. He cited old cases on why; what was happening and what had happened was not a liable reason for a r...estraining order. It got dismissed. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. For this i give Five stars due to how he held himself. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Edgar helped us tremendously in the process to evict our tenant. He clearly explained to us the process and various steps that had to happen. His contact with the tenant also assisted by clearly stating to him the consequences of his actions if taken to the final step of actually being evicted. It di...d not have to go that far and we were able to come to a mutual agreement about him leaving. We chose to work with Edgar because my husband had previously used his knowledge in another tenant issue and successfully saved him thousands of dollars. Edgar's rates are very reasonable. We were very surprised and pleased that when everything was said and done his final billing was much lower than anticipated. We highly recommend Edgar for anything having to do with evictions and I'm sure he would be as professional, caring and knowledgeable about any other legal issues.
