Edgar Diaz is an excellent lawyer. I hired Edgar to help with a traffic ticket. He was able to negotiate a dismissal with the Judge. Edgar is passionate and does not give up. Edgar Diaz stayed in constant communication with me regarding my citation, walking me through the required steps.. He communicated with the court on my behalf, as well as the officer. After my ex came after me to attempt to take full custody of our kids for no other reason than pettiness, and after see how Edgar handled my brother's custody case i right away texted him and got information and got a consultation. I told him my situation and what i was served with, he instantly got ...to work as soon as i hired him. Explained the process to me and to take plenty of notes and pictures of texts and situations my ex would do to keep our kids from seeing me or spending time with me and how she was using her mom as a shield to stop me from seeing my children he put a stop to that as soon as she got a response from Edgar. This was a postition i never ever wanted to be in because ive seen how the judge did my father dirty when it came to my younger sisters so i expected to lose everyting but he assured him that would not happen. I would 100% suggest Edgar to anyone going through a custody issue with their SO.
