Lindsay is an out standing person, When I first met Lindsay he made me feel at ease, ( My case was a divorce) Our first meeting was a consult he walked me through what could or couldn't happen in my case as well as what his fees would be, My case was simple no real property to fight over a 401K to d...ivide and how much spousal support she should would receive. We met with petitioner and her attorney at some point to go over everything, As the meeting progressed Mr. Soto made it clear that we would not except what they wanted in the settlement, Mr. Soto ended the settlement conference knowing we have a better chance going to court it was just out off the question on what they wanted. I met Mr. Soto one other time and discussed our options, He told me what he thought the court would do, So we made an offer to them on what I thought could work for me.
