Child Custody

Mr. Soto was awesome in helping my wife and I get her 2 children back. We live in California and our attorney here recommend Mr. Soto as one of the best in Salem. I highly recommend him. Thank you Mr. Soto for all your help.

Excellent in everyway possible

I hired Mr. Soto as I was told he was one of the best attorneys out there that specialized within the area of legal work I needed. The case within my family that we were dealing with was very convoluted and difficult, and I knew we needed the best attorney there was who was good at his job but also h...ad good characteristics and was honest and thoughtful of us as clients as well. Mr. Soto informed us of each and every possibility at the beginning of our case and when nearing the end. I had faith in him 100% of the time through the process we had to endure. He was confident, kind, hard working, extremely smart and he knows the laws and statutes which I knew was the most important thing whe needed to win in the court of law. Mr. Soto was incredible and we couldn't be happier with his services. I will use Mr. Soto for any legal issue we may have in the future. My family is truly blessed to have found Mr. Soto and to be accepted as one of his clients!!! You are amazing Lindsay!!

First day of my new life

Lindsay is an out standing person, When I first met Lindsay he made me feel at ease, ( My case was a divorce) Our first meeting was a consult he walked me through what could or couldn't happen in my case as well as what his fees would be, My case was simple no real property to fight over a 401K to d...ivide and how much spousal support she should would receive. We met with petitioner and her attorney at some point to go over everything, As the meeting progressed Mr. Soto made it clear that we would not except what they wanted in the settlement, Mr. Soto ended the settlement conference knowing we have a better chance going to court it was just out off the question on what they wanted. I met Mr. Soto one other time and discussed our options, He told me what he thought the court would do, So we made an offer to them on what I thought could work for me. They excepted the offer Thank you Mr. Soto for helping me get through all this, I'm hoping I don't need an attorney in the future but if I do you'll be the first one I call.

Grandparents answer for help

I am a grandparent that is very happy that I found Lindsay Soto. Lindsay is the type of Lawyer that takes your case because he believes you are in the right. He does not just take your case for the money. Lindsay handled a Custody case for me. My grandsons and I have worked with Lindsay for 1 ...½ years. Lindsay did not once waiver. One evening I was up worried and thinking, so I sent Lindsay an email about 11:30pm, thinking he would have it first thing the next morning. About 10 minutes later, I received a response from Lindsay. I have never heard of any lawyer doing that for a client. If you want someone to listen to you, tell you what he thinks you should do and then together you come up with a plan, Lindsay is the Lawyer you need to contact. Contact Lindsay, trust in him, he is always looking out for your best interest.
