Amazing 3rd party custody

I hired Lindsay and he was more than helpful. Whenever I contacted him with concerns he was always quick to respond and reassuring. He helped me get custody of my nephew and I couldn't be more thankful for everything he has done.

Child Custody

Mr. Soto was awesome in helping my wife and I get her 2 children back. We live in California and our attorney here recommend Mr. Soto as one of the best in Salem. I highly recommend him. Thank you Mr. Soto for all your help.

Grandparents answer for help

I am a grandparent that is very happy that I found Lindsay Soto. Lindsay is the type of Lawyer that takes your case because he believes you are in the right. He does not just take your case for the money. Lindsay handled a Custody case for me. My grandsons and I have worked with Lindsay for 1 ...½ years. Lindsay did not once waiver. One evening I was up worried and thinking, so I sent Lindsay an email about 11:30pm, thinking he would have it first thing the next morning. About 10 minutes later, I received a response from Lindsay. I have never heard of any lawyer doing that for a client. If you want someone to listen to you, tell you what he thinks you should do and then together you come up with a plan, Lindsay is the Lawyer you need to contact. Contact Lindsay, trust in him, he is always looking out for your best interest.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
