A very simple process that had way too many unforseen complications, but all helped, aided and managed beautifully by Geoff. My case was meant to be a simple, straight forward case. I entered right at the lockdown stages of Covid in April 2020. I did not get my Interview until October 2022! Tha...t is 2.5 years later! That is the short version of the story. The long version involves many stressful days, lots of waiting, unanswered questions and intense frustration at a broken down system. However, having Geoff there was a life saver. And hearing the uncomfortable truth is better than false hope. Sometimes you just have to wait. Every document was securely delivered to his office and promptly mailed directly to me. Most information was also delivered in duplicate, but I would hear from Geoff before I even had a chance to check my post! Over the years and many conversations we became more like friends. We could talk about anything openly, and when the time came, he was there at the interview and fully supported us to prepare and execute with confidence, which helped no end.
