A very simple process that had way too many unforseen complications, but all helped, aided and managed beautifully by Geoff. My case was meant to be a simple, straight forward case. We could talk about anything openly, and when the time came, he was there at the interview and fully supported us to prepare and execute with confidence, which helped no end.
