Taylor Smith Kittell

It seems more and more it is harder to find people truly willing to help, people who go above and beyond what is expected and who actually care. You'd be hard pressed to find someone who could top Taylor in her gift to get the job done with the utmost integrity, intelligence and compassion. I thought... I would never have to rely on an attorney in this lifetime. Sadly, I found myself having to do that more than once recently. Gratefully, a friend had told me about Taylor. Taylor helped me to make the best possible choices for myself, which would ultimately be good decisions for all people involved. She helped give me a voice, when I didn't know how to put my feelings into words. She was able to help me communicate with others during very emotional and confusing times, so that I was able to move forward with a greater sense of ease. Being in a place in your life where you need to rely on an attorney usually means you are in a position that brings up big and often unpleasant emotions. To have someone strong and knowledgeable with an admirable moral compass makes that experience much more easy to navigate. Taylor Kittell has been an incredible blessing in my life. I am forever grateful to her for helping to make some of the worst experiences of my life go more smoothly than I could have imagined.

Taylor has worked with me twice on my living trust and estate planning (both before and after my divorce), and each time she was exemplary in every way: professional and pleasant; clear in her presentations and in reflecting back what she had heard; very attentive to details while maintaining a clear... view of the "big picture"; and remaining in close communication throughout the process. In addition, Taylor helped guide my aging parents through the creation of a new living trust, and they absolutely loved working with her. She was, in addition to sharing her expertise, always conscientious and compassionate. Our entire family greatly appreciated and valued her service. Lawyers sometimes get a bad rap (often, in my view, unfairly), but I cannot imagine any person having a negative experience working with Taylor. She is a credit to the profession and would be a pleasure to work with in any capacity. She is, in my opinion, one of the best!
