Mr Baxter asked me repeatedly to explain my case AFTER he has filed the suit (the second time) The first time he filed in the wrong court and half the suit was thrown out because I couldn't sue the trustee only the bank. Despite winning the suit elements of the settlement STILL aren't satisifed. I...n September it was settled in my favor and took 5 months to get calculations on my back mortgage which "interestingly" was exactly what I settled for (less of course his fee). I was sent a bill when there was a balance due to ME. I was told in February that his sons wife had a baby and when he returned to work my check would be sent - I finally asked him for it in August and was told "he forgot" about me. It seemed to be a running theme with Mr. Baxter and my case.
