I would not recommended Mr. Miller if you would like to be kept informed about your case. I called his office 4 days in a row, and his staff would tell me that he was either in a meeting or not in the office at the moment. They would have me call back and it was another thing after another. By the ti...me Mr. Miller had got back to me his office was frustrated with me trying to get a hold of him and ask questions pertaining to my case, Mr. Miller ended up stating that he can no further represent me due to the fact that I needed to much of their time. Gladly it was a mutual feeling that I needed to seek representation else where.

I am a Supervisor at Home Depot, and as all of our stores in Oregon allow dogs, I have grown very comfortable approaching them. After passing an 8 month old chocolate labrador, with the owner acknowledging the puppy's calmness, obedience and "liking for me", I bent over to pet him. Well, the dog defi...nitely felt threatened, as he defensively lashed at my face, resulting in 8 stitches on the front of my nose. Even though I was on the clock, assured it was paid for by my managers and provided paperwork, two months later a $1500 bill came in the mail. Deciding to find a lawyer immediately, I saw various reviews online, and was actually referred to Eric by another lawyer, as one of his focuses is Workers Compensation. He replied immediately, asking for my signature so to make the appropriate calls. Everything he did for my case was FREE!!! It took a total of 2 1/2 months to clear all the debt up, as the doctor who stitched my nose was, unknowingly, with a private practice. Of course, finding this information out through various insurance companies, with zero help from Home Depot, was a bit tedious to track down and understand. Eric did a phenomenal job at explaining what was going on, and he SAVED ME from paying $1500!!!! I absolutely love my job (aside from cooperates admirable guidance), and dogs, and felt quite unsure if I should even approach a lawyer, afraid of the payments. This was a shockingly, amazing experience!
