A great ambassador

Me Miller earned my trust and respect early on in our attorney/client relationship by always listening to me and honoring my wishes when in my best interest! His knowledge and experience of both sides of workers comp law are “invaluable” ! He is patient and kind and I call him my friend.

Exellent

Nobody said life is fair but when you become injured on the job you would expect the company, jurisdiction or organization you work for to help take care of your injury including the process to have that injury compensated. Unfortunately your human resource or risk management department has one pri...ority and that is to protect the company at whatever means they can. Your injury has expenses to them, it raises their insurance rating. You have become a high risk to them. Trust can’t be achieved in this fashion so you need to find a professional expert to help. I did my research, talked with individuals which pointed me to Alvey Law. I meet Eric Miller for a consultation and guess what, I found a person whom I could trust a person who knows how the law works and a person that will fight for me. Mr. Miller doesn’t work on chance or hope he digs into your case with a passion for your success. I know common law and I know when I’m being used, but I have no idea on how to protect or fight for my legal rights. As a professional of nearly 30 years I have come to know many character traits, Mr. Miller is that of an honest, kind and understanding professional that will give you the best success.

Workers Comp Is Always Stressful. Helps To Have A Good Lawyer On Your Side

As stated. Workers Comp cases are stressful for those of us unfortunate to find ourselves fighting for a fair outcome. Mr. Miller explained the process so that non-Lawyers can understand. I hired Mr. Miller based on a recommendation from someone I trusted. Mr. Miller's communication with ...other parties was thorough and factual. He gathered the appropriate documents, test results, consultations and provided needed correspondence, all while keeping me informed. Mr. Miller's expertise and experience resulted in a fair outcome in my case

Poor choice

I would not recommended Mr. Miller if you would like to be kept informed about your case. I called his office 4 days in a row, and his staff would tell me that he was either in a meeting or not in the office at the moment. They would have me call back and it was another thing after another. By the ti...me Mr. Miller had got back to me his office was frustrated with me trying to get a hold of him and ask questions pertaining to my case, Mr. Miller ended up stating that he can no further represent me due to the fact that I needed to much of their time. Gladly it was a mutual feeling that I needed to seek representation else where.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
