She "advocated" for my child during a custody battle, and did not have experience with her disability, which was detrimental to my daughter, prolonging discord in my daughters life with her parents. Replied last May 23, 2018I understand it is difficult to understand when a judge to come to a different conclusion than what you ask for, especially when the judge follows the recommendation of a lawyer for a different party. Although I represented another party in your case, I would never intentionally make fun of someone in court, nor would a judge allow such an action in court, but I'm sorry you felt disrespected by the court process.
