It is concerning to see the impact Rose Hubbard’s involvement as a best interest attorney has had on the children in a complex custody case. In my opinion, her decisions and actions failed to prioritize the children’s well-being or address critical issues. These oversights contributed to unnecessary ...emotional strain on the children. While I understand that not every case results in the desired outcome, this is not about disagreeing with a judge’s decision. I anticipate Ms. Hubbard may respond by stating that she does not know me or did not directly represent me. While I was not Ms. Hubbard’s direct client, I do not need to be a direct client to observe the emotional toll and lasting consequences on the children involved. I witnessed this process Professionals in these roles carry a significant responsibility to serve as advocates for children. Families in high-conflict situations depend on professionals like Ms. Hubbard to advocate for children with fairness, care, and a thorough understanding of complex family dynamics. Unfortunately, in this case, I do not believe that standard was met.

She "advocated" for my child during a custody battle, and did not have experience with her disability, which was detrimental to my daughter, prolonging discord in my daughters life with her parents. Ms. Hubbard didn't represent my daughter's best interests. She was rude to me, and made fun of me be...fore court.

Instantly, I trusted Rose with all matters concerning my custody case because she was so clearly experienced and knowledgeable about Oregon family law. She has a wonderful way of cutting right to the heart of the matter, when often times divorce and custody can be such a painful and emotional time fo...r families. While certainly acknowledging my interests, her main concern was always my child's; and I really respected and appreciated that. She was a fountain of helpful advice and support during a difficult time and still continues to be.

I have never felt more cared for by attorney than I did with Rose (and I consulted with 2 prior to her). She did a fantastic job especially since my case had some mental health issues at play. Rose was incredibly versed in managing that in trial and throughout the case. The outcome of my case couldn'...t have been better and I felt cared for by Rose and supported by her the entire time. She continues to help me navigate parenting time and child support issues as these types of things are likely to be long term issues to arise in my particular situation. I have recommended Rose to several people all of whom have hired her and have been happy with her representation. I would recommend Rose to anyone who wants the best representation possible during what can be one of the most difficult things a person can go through.
