Joseph Morones’s passion for justice and advocacy is rooted in his early life experiences and further strengthened by his legal education and professional training. While pursuing his law degree at Willamette University College of Law, he gained invaluable hands-on experience as a certified law clerk at Gilroy Napoli Short. This role provided him with courtroom exposure throughout the state, allowing him to master the complexities of legal proceedings and sharpen his understanding of the criminal justice system. His clerkship with the Clark County District Attorney’s Office further honed his analytical skills and deepened his commitment to protecting the rights of individuals.

As a dedicated criminal defense attorney, Joseph is committed to providing his clients with a strong, principled defense. He believes in the importance of clear communication and transparency, fostering trust and collaboration with his clients to achieve the best possible outcomes. Joseph earned his bachelor’s degree in government with an emphasis in legal studies from Grand Canyon University before completing his Juris Doctorate at Willamette University College of Law.

When he’s not practicing law, Joseph enjoys staying active by training for triathlons, playing basketball, and spending time with his wife and their goldendoodle.
