Nicole Lemieux assists clients in a range of personal injury matters and advocates for survivors who have suffered due to institutional abuse or neglect. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Willamette University College of Law and attended Oregon State University for her Bachelor of Science degree.
Ms. Lemieux comes from a background of victim advocacy. She draws on her experience to continue demanding accountability from major institutions, like the Oregon Department of Human Services and Services for Seniors and People with Disabilities, for allowing systematic abuse to occur. She fully believes each case brought to light helps push for changes at these institutions to prevent similar abuse from happening again. This belief translates to a zealous advocacy and putting her client in the center of her focus when creating a litigation strategy.
Outside of work, Ms. Lemieux enjoys volunteering and is currently the Director of the Salem Imprint Program and a board member for Distinguished Young Women of Oregon. Ms. Lemieux enjoys getting to explore her home state through running and game nights with her friends and family.
