I maintain a diverse civil litigation practice, with an emphasis on personal injury claims and business litigation. I have experience defending insurance clients in litigation involving automobile accidents and premise liability claims. In addition I have experience from both the plaintiff and defense side in complex litigation including trust disputes, breach of contract claims and commercial landlord-tenant disputes. I have extensive litigation experience including conducting arbitrations and mediations, as well as bench and jury trials at the state level. I have also succesfully represented clients before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
