You need Rachel Phillips in your corner.

I was falsely accused of several crimes, one of which was a Measure 11 which had a mandatory minimum of around 70 months. Rachel went above and beyond what I expected a public defender to do in order to represent me in the best possible way. Her defense was so thorough that most all charges were d...ismissed and the misdemeanors that went before a jury, in order for the State to save face, were so ridiculous, that I ended up with a mere $100 fine. You'd be hard pressed to find another attorney who can get a Measure 11 crime dismissed. That's how good she will be in your defense. Also, she is an extremely kind and caring person who genuinely shows it when dealing with you. You can tell that she truly invests her time and energy into your case. You can't go wrong with Rachel, she is by and large the best criminal defense attorney you can hire. Thank you so much Rachel, I really do appreciate you.

Rachel is who you want!

Rachel was wonderful for me! I was incarcerated when she was assigned to me and she got me out at the quickest possible date. Every time I called, she answered. She came and met with me almost every week. She sent books to myself and other inmates. She arranged an extensive psychological evaluation t...hat helped me in my case. She is an amazing person all around, pointing out that our crimes do not define us. She looks at the root cause of why the crime was committed and is dedicated to representing you as a person (as the paper work makes us out to be monsters)and then devising a plan to prevent further illegal activity. She's GREAT!
