Michelle Kathleen Freed

College graduation is a great celebration leaving one with satisfaction of completing a major challenge; also leaving one with huge student loan debt that needs to be repaid. I struggled over the years to make any payments I could but my health was declining and my physical abilities left me walking... with two canes. I reached the painful decision that I would probably not be able to work again. I contacted my student loan holder to discuss a payoff amount on my loan but the amount they wanted was more than I could pay.
