I have worked with Catherine for the last few years through our architectural firm. She provides highly responsive and personal service. She is insightful, thorough, and tenacious but never overbearing. Her services for us have included claim defense, contract review and ongoing risk management education for our staff. I trust her 110% to protect our interests and give us the answers we need when we need them. I recommend Catherine without reservation.

Mrs. Brinkman represented our Company, a large home remodeling firm, in a lawsuit brought by a former customer. The case turned out to be quite intricate due to the number and type of claims alleged.
Catherine handled the lawsuit from start to finish with complete professionalism and was more than adept at parsing out the various claims and proficiently attacking them one by one. She was dogged in her approach to opposing counsel, yet maintained their respect as well throughout.
Catherine's approach to, and handling of, the discovery process, most especially the taking and defending of depositions, was instrumental in bringing opposing counsel to the bargaining table and she was a prime mover in the ultimate settlement of the case, which was very favorable to the Company.
Opposing counsel was far more than entrenched at the outset of the case and would not even treat with Mrs. Brinkman until it became evident that Catherine knew her business and knew it very well. As in-house counsel for the Company, I have worked with many attorneys over the years and can truthfully say that Mrs. Brinkman is one of THE very best at her craft. it was simply a pleasure to work with Catherine and we will certainly seek out her services again should the need arise.

Catherine was a referral from another attorney who had a conflict in my case. Catherine was extremely knowledgeable and had excellent skills in dealing with my case. I plan to use her now on future contract review and or litigation concerns.
