Biography
Zach the began representing injured workers in 2013 as an associate attorney, practicing workers’ compensation, personal injury, employment law, and Social Security Disability law. In 2018, Zach became a managing partner at Salem-area law firm. Beginning around 2020, Zach began focusing exclusively on workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability law. As of 2024, he joined forces with Spencer to form Aldrich & Brunot, LLC, to continue his work to protect the rights and dignities of Oregon’s work force. His workers’ compensation practice focuses on helping clients navigate Oregon’s convoluted workers’ compensation act, challenging their claim denials, claim closures, as well as pursuing alternative dispute resolutions on his clients’ behalf.
