Dedicated Workers Comp Attorney

My attorney, Carrie Wipplinger, takes her work very seriously, yet has also really listened each time we've spoken about the history of workplace conditions which led to my Workers Comp case, as well as when discussing how my injuries have affected me. She seems to do this work because she really ca...res, beyond being an attorney merely to earn a paycheck. While she's always serious and professional when speaking with the defendant's attorney, Carrie remains in control of her emotions and continues to respond civilly, even when defendants' council clearly appears to be trying to elicit a reaction from her or from me. I have not seen her appear to be intimidated by anyone, nor does she appear to be unduly aggressive when the situation will benefit more from her firm, reasonable manner. I have complete confidence in Carrie Wipplinger and the other attorneys at Boxer Gerson, all of whom appear to guide and support each other.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I am always happy to see Carrie assigned as opposing counsel on one of my cases; not because it's going to be easy, but because it's at least going to be pleasant. She's incredibly professional and a true asset to the defense bar."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
