Rebecca enjoys creating and implementing a comprehensive plan with her clients to make sure that her clients’ goals are carried out through life and after death. She educates the community on asset protection, estate planning, long term care planning, and legal issues for incapacitated adults. Rebecca is a professional fiduciary and is certified through the National Guardianship Association. She is also an accredited attorney with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Rebecca grew up in Tucson, Arizona where she received her B.S. in psychology from the University of Arizona. Upon graduation, Rebecca joined a renowned estate planning and elder law firm in Tucson. It was during that time Rebecca’s passion for the law grew and led her to Willamette University College of Law, where she received her J.D.
Rebecca is very active within the community. She is on the Board of Directors for Leave a Legacy Mid-Willamette Valley, an organization that promotes charitable gifting and estate planning. Rebecca is also an active member of the Willamette Valley Estate Planning Council, Mary Leonard Law Society, and Oregon Women Lawyers. She recently co-wrote a textbook for the National Judicial College on the Probate Court.
