Michael Schaefer conducts himself as a true professional. I found him to be friendly, knowledgable, and able to relate to him on many levels, which put me at ease with him. I felt 100% comfortable conversing with him about even the most personal and delicate information. It felt as if I were talki...ng with a friend rather that a professional. I could appreciate that, not knowing what to expect from the first attorney that I ever retained. I was astonished with how well Michael did with dealing with the respondent (someone who is very cantankerous) in my case.
