I retained Mr Kahn II to represent me to defend me in an Oregon county court for a very serious charge. He demonstrated that he pays attention to fine details and asked me many questions and gathered all the relevant  infomation from me then researched the issue at the state and federal level to ...prepare the most effective defense strategy. He attempted to negotiate a plea offer with the DA but the DA was not flexible. The case actually went to trial. Before the trial Ken spent time educating me on the procedure and what to expect. He was realistic about his promises yet cautiously optimistic. He also provided me with law materials to read to prepare me for my trial which helped me when I testified. During the trial he asked the witnesses all the critical questions and was able to clarify the situation to the judge through his intellegent approach. He also asked me all the questions that were needed to show my side of the story. His efforts were fruitful, the judge ruled on my favor: I was found NOT GUILTY. During the entire time I have known Ken he impressed me as a gentleman, down to earth, kind, respectful, understanding and noble person. I had the opportunity to know him at a professional and personal level and I witnessed that he is a genuinly true gentleman. Ken always answered his phone, always replied to my emails and always answered all of my questions. He exerted extra effort to help me obtain a permission from the court to travel out of the country for an emergency I had. He inturruptted his vacation to do so and did it with a smile on his face. I am very pleased with his services and experience. If I need an attorney in the future he will be the one I will call. I highly recommend him as a criminal law attorney.
