Mr. Kahn is by far the best. I am a real client of his and this review is completely honest. I apparently had a warrant from 2009 and I did not realize this until many years later. Long story short, Mr. Kahn was always very present and attentive every time I called or emailed him. I had researched ma...ny lawyers and they were just about the bottom dollar and didn’t seem to care. Like said, Mr. Kahn was always attentive and truly cared about my case. Another great thing about Mr. Kahn is that he spoke truthfully. He did not give me false hope, but also was positive and said what the worst-case scenario could be as well as the best-case scenario. I appreciate that. Mr. Kahn filed a motion to get me bail on a no bail hold. This was approved, then denied. After that Mr. Kahn filed another motion and was able to get a judge to approve bail… oddly enough I was released on my own recognizance. This was all Mr. Kahn’s doing. Every time I called, he answered himself. One of my sisters said the same as she was looking out for me, and she just couldn’t say anything netter about Mr. Kahn. (She also isn’t easily impressed, so this is a great review from her). I have had anxiety for over 13 years for a probation violation from a DUI that I was not aware of…. Mr. Kahn helped me through this and is basically Superman mixed with Spiderman with a hint of the Hulk and Deadpool. Hire him! Thankfully I did get the best-case scenario. Mr. Kahn said it was because of me and all I did, which yes, I’ll take a little credit lol, but it was Mr. Kahn that gave me the strength and focus to complete this. If you do not hire Mr. Kahn, you are doing yourself a disservice. My anxiety is now gone, and I owe it to Mr. Kahn. Thank you again, Sir!!

I feel that Mr. Khan couldn't have represented me any better in my DWI and FTA case. I was always able to reach him with concerns or questions about the case, even when he was out of town. He was able to get my fines reduced by 25% and Jail time reduced by 50% of the original plea deal. 10/10 would h...ire again.

Kenneth is incredibly knowledgeable and very respectable. I was arrested for a DUI and he scheduled a hearing with the DMV to fight my license suspension....My 90 day license suspension was DISMISSED due to his help. Without him I wouldn't have had the suspension dismissed, I would have had to get a... hardship, SR22, my insurance cost would have skyrocketed. If you know anything about how costly DUI's can be....you know just how much what he was able to do for me means. Not only financially but convenience wise. Mr. Kahn provided excellent advice to me during my free consultation with me. I do not know yet if I will hire him or not. He advised me to get all the evidence related to my DUII. He started the call with explaining the minutiae for BAC and how the law calculates it. Ken gave thoughtful advice on ho...w to proceed with the case. He did not show any bias towards hiring him. He did his best in explaining what I need to do without any sign of arrogance. He is a kind attorney with great knowledge.

Going in to my 1 Hour Consultation with Mr. Ken Kahn I really had no idea how I was going to feel. Right away, I was put at ease by Ken's Demeanor & immediately Ken had me Reciting the events of the DUI arrest. When you do not have a lot of experience hiring attorneys or retaining services there is a... lot of fear & misunderstanding about how an attorney can take advantage of you when you are at your most vulnerable. Specially if your interaction with the Police had been particularly taxing. In my case I had blown a .08, considered the legal limit, yet it felt as if the Full Effects of Law were going to be used to prosecute me. Right off the bat what Ken provided for me was a relief that I finally am communicating with someone who has a true sense of law. I found a lot the information from the people around me, with good intentions, was mostly misinformation that was not even pertinent to the case. It was obvious to me how Ken was so keen on making sure that I tried to recall every detail from the earliest part of the incident. He was able to convey the importance of providing every detail, because as soon as the arrest was taking place there may have also been a contending scenario that could also have made the arrest invalid or unlawful. What Ken does for you on your initial consult is he demonstrates the importance for you to provide every possible detail, because as your lawyer he is immediately looking for anything that could make this arrest unlawful and have your case thrown out. Also he conveys the understanding that this is going to be a relationship of trust and there is no benefit in holding anything back from your attorney who, in Ken's Case, is evident, he's got your back. Finally, what Ken does masterfully towards the end of the consult, is his ability to discuss your options. He is able to transmit to you where he feels the strengths and weaknesses of the case are. He also makes it evident that it is your choice to consider all the options and in fact the decision is actually all yours. He does not try and gin up your need to hire him, in fact he seemed to be tamping down expectations. If anything, the strength I felt for my case had to do mostly with Ken's Questioning throughout the consultation. Lastly he did not come off as an attorney who just wants to take on your case and try to drag it on for his benefit, which was a huge fear of mine. I worried that an attorney would see my case as a Low Blow within the Legal Limit yet take advantage of me financially by dragging my case on forever. Quite the contrary, Ken never ever seemed like he wanted to take on case and let it drag on anymore than it was necessary. In fact I always got the sense that he was way to busy and had way too many cases to try and he would never drag out a single case for his financial gain. Ken has always had a caring persona while also carrying a sense of urgency. Those 2 qualities feel very comfortable coming from Ken, & it is those 2 qualities that make hiring Kenneth Kahn the best decision I ever made.
