Ken Khan is without a doubt, an incredible lawyer and person. I wish I could explain in words how much he cares for his clients. He will try to get the best outcome for you! I wish I got to talk with Ken more outside of my legal issues and gotten to know him better, really great guy and cares about h...is clients. Thank you for your help Ken and I wish you the best, you have saved me from a nightmare with potential jail time and other consequences . My charge was DISMISSED in court thanks to his motions to suppress evidence before trial. I don’t know how I can thank him enough for the headache he has saved me from with the legal system in oregon.

Mr. Kahn assisted me when I was arrested for defending a family member from another within the home. He took the time and built an amazing team that were able to present a case that resulted in charges being dropped before trial. I have a long history with the justice department, and none of it pretty. Recently I put myself in a very dangerous position. With my freedom hanging in the balance I went shopping for the best lawyer money could buy. I looked at EVERY lawyer in Lake Oswego, interviewed six. Of the six Ken was... the lowest price. Of the six, his approach to my case wouldn’t cost me thousands more. This initially made me nervous. Surely the most expensive lawyer is the best. This is just not the case. The difference between them is staggering. Ken cares. Listen to what I’m saying. Ken. CARES. THAT’S the difference! When every lawyer told me my case was impossible to defend. Every lawyer told me to settle. KEN cared. He not only got my case dismissed, but handled my probation officer. When I interviewed him I could hear the concern in his voice. When we went to court he defended me to the DA as a human being, not just a criminal. And my case was DISMISSED!! His expertise and skill in the courtroom can only be topped by the respect held for him by his peers and the very judges that hear his cases. If you want your case to stress you out, cost you thousands, look elsewhere. If you want someone to fight for you. If you want someone who listens to you and cares what you have to say. If you want someone who has REAL integrity, look no further. You WILL NOT get better representation anywhere else. Ken IS without a doubt, the best lawyer money can buy, and he’s not going to break your bank. I had my faith in humanity restored by an attorney. Which should speak for itself.

Mr. Kahn is by far the best. I am a real client of his and this review is completely honest. I apparently had a warrant from 2009 and I did not realize this until many years later. Long story short, Mr. Kahn was always very present and attentive every time I called or emailed him. I had researched ma...ny lawyers and they were just about the bottom dollar and didn’t seem to care. Like said, Mr. Kahn was always attentive and truly cared about my case. Another great thing about Mr. Kahn is that he spoke truthfully. He did not give me false hope, but also was positive and said what the worst-case scenario could be as well as the best-case scenario. I appreciate that. Mr. Kahn filed a motion to get me bail on a no bail hold. This was approved, then denied. After that Mr. Kahn filed another motion and was able to get a judge to approve bail… oddly enough I was released on my own recognizance. This was all Mr. Kahn’s doing. Every time I called, he answered himself. One of my sisters said the same as she was looking out for me, and she just couldn’t say anything netter about Mr. Kahn. (She also isn’t easily impressed, so this is a great review from her). I have had anxiety for over 13 years for a probation violation from a DUI that I was not aware of…. Mr. Kahn helped me through this and is basically Superman mixed with Spiderman with a hint of the Hulk and Deadpool. Hire him! Thankfully I did get the best-case scenario. Mr. Kahn said it was because of me and all I did, which yes, I’ll take a little credit lol, but it was Mr. Kahn that gave me the strength and focus to complete this. If you do not hire Mr. Kahn, you are doing yourself a disservice. My anxiety is now gone, and I owe it to Mr. Kahn. Thank you again, Sir!!

I feel that Mr. Khan couldn't have represented me any better in my DWI and FTA case. I was always able to reach him with concerns or questions about the case, even when he was out of town. He was able to get my fines reduced by 25% and Jail time reduced by 50% of the original plea deal. 10/10 would h...ire again.
