"Mr. Burgess is an extremely talented attorney who has a firm grasp on state and federal employment law. Anyone seeking an experienced, dedicated employment law attorney should not hesitate to seek his help."
"I consult with Mr. Burgess frequently on issues arising from Oregon's employment law statutes. He has always impressed me with his acute grasp of the issues and he has never failed to educate me on the matters I bring to him. His willingness to find time to assist his fellow lawyers in the legal community is inspiration for my practice. I hope I never need his services, but if I find myself in need of an employment law attorney, he is my first choice."
"I have been working with John for over a year. He shows great compassion for his clients, works hard to protect their interests, and maintains the highest ethical standards in representing his clients."
"I have personally observed John Burgess's strong work ethic and unwavering advocacy on behalf of his clients. John's background provides him with a unique combination of experience and skills necessary to address his clients' needs in a vast range of employment and labor-related matters. A strong indicator of an attorney’s ability is whether his or her professional colleagues would entrust their personal affairs in the attorney’s hands. Not every attorney is capable of earning such respect and trust. I would trust John Burgess to handle my case, and that is why I wholeheartedly endorse this attorney."
"Nobody cares as passionately about issues as John does. His ability to empathize with his clients and make their issues his own never ceases to amaze."
