About Daniel
Biography
Dan Margolin founded Margolin Family Law to continue the stellar service that he and the other family law attorneys provided at Stephens Margolin, where he was a founding partner. Dan is a Portland, Oregon native. His practice focuses on all aspects of family law litigation. In addition, Dan has an appellate and collaborative divorce practice.
Dan received his law degree from the nationally acclaimed New York University School of Law. After graduating he worked at the Oregon Court of Appeals for the Honorable Rex Armstrong. He then worked as an associate attorney at a local law firm. In 2005, he started the Law Office of Daniel Margolin to focus his practice on family law, and that founding has led to Margolin Famly Law.

PLEASE BE ADVISED OF MR.MARGILON’S CONDUCTS PRIOR TO RETAINING HIM
I have paid Mr. Margilon total of $17,500 for a Simple Divorce case, at the end i was told by him I will be receiving $3000 refund since case was very simple& fast, Never received it. Replied last December 13, 2023This person was a client of mine well over a decade ago - his divorce was completed in 2006 - and provided me with nothing but positive feedback at the time. His statements are false. I have no idea what has led to him posting a defamatory and misspelled review at this time.
