Managing Partner of my own small law firm. My practice has been exclusively litigation -- emphasizing complex business, insurance, construction, securities, and franchise disputes. In the last 28 years I have handled hundreds of jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations and mediations. At the appellate level, I have argued cases before the Oregon Court of Appeals, the Oregon Supreme Court, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. I Have represented individuals, small businesses, and large companies almost equally as defendant's and plaintiff's counsel.
