Bradley Smith is an experienced franchise attorney with a focus on franchising, licensing, distribution, and related services - such as intellectual property protection, corporate formation, leasing, and business contracts. He has represented numerous franchisors, franchisees, and business owners, and is a small business owner himself. Brad previously served as General Counsel for a franchise investment and development outfit that owned several international franchise brands.

Brad is licensed in Oregon and Utah and works with franchisors throughout the nation. He is a problem-solver and excels at business strategy. Brad assists franchise companies to navigate legal issues and opportunities that arise in franchising. He holds a certificate from the nationally-recognized Pepperdine University Strauss Institute of Dispute Resolution and seeks to help his clients to find business solutions when challenges arise.
