McNair promised to prepare a defense to go to court with but as that day drew near it became clear he had done little to nothing to defend me. When I asked about his plan to defend me in court he said "l will put you on the stand, let you tell your story and you will go to prison". In other words, h...e did not investigate and a bad plea deal was all that was left for an offence I did not commit and zero criminal record. The guy does what HE wants to clear cases, does not listen to client at all, therefore skipping important evidence.

Thomas MacNair, promises you that he will take care of your case,but i found out differant to late,he lacks detail & follows through what he says.Much of what was provided by friends & family to help my case was misplaced,never used or lost.he dosent follow through on issues that are discussed durri...ng client meetings. He lacks detail & thouroughness, question you ask him to ask durring court dont get asked. At one piont in proccess additional documentations was requested and delivered to him was never used in the case.he left alot of details out and fall through the cracks,i was not represented like a client should have been by his attorney . always check on your attorneys records before you keep them. I learned to late !
