I've litigated over one-hundred debtor-creditor cases, including novel issues arising under the UCC, FDCPA, and OCC regulations.
I prosecute mortgage companies in federal court for fraud, elder abuse, and unfair practices on behalf of homeowners.
I litigate false credit report issues in federal courts. I refer novel or complex matters to FCRA attorney specialists.
