After having many issues with an unethical slum lord property manager I went to Mr. Farmer with many questions on what my options would be with regards to taking the property manager and owners to court. He was VERY knowledgeable and discussed with me my options as well as the likelihood of winning ...my case in court. He also (and this is the most important part) displayed to me actual caring about my case and trying to achieve justice against a crooked landlord.
