I initially found Jessica through a gem of a referral from one of her colleagues at Williams Kastner, a gentlemen who informed me that Jessica was one of the best in her field. He advocated for her talent in tax & business law passionately, and after consulting / partnering with her for several mo...nths now, I can echo this sentiment confidently. Jessica is remarkably efficient, to the point, candid, and a wealth of information for that segment of the population (me) who finds tax law painful to navigate and even more foreboding to engage. She cuts through the noise while developing solid mitigation plans for clients, and is unfailingly helpful in translating legal issues into something ingestible by your everyday business owner. Jessica helped me resolve a nontrivially complex employment tax issue with a legacy LLC, and without her expertise I would have undoubtedly ended up spending an order of magnitude more money and time unraveling long IRS notifications and mercurial levy clauses.
