Over priced / zero results

Overpriced, zero results. They charge a minimum of 675-700+ an hour, over reach and under deliver. Misinformation on states they are not licensed in, let issues and cases die. Did not even meet in the middle or facilitate any sort of negotiation, did not get anywhere close to what I was told in th...e beginning where the case would settle. I received zero results and charges for consultations on issues that were not their area of expertise. Do not waste your time or money find a lawyer who charges a reasonable $400 an hour.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I endorse this lawyer. I was on on the other side of the table from Jerry in negotiating an LLC operating agreement for our respective clients. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure to work across from him."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
