My ex and I used Gloria as a mediator for our divorce. She is a good mediator, listens, and presents options. The struggle I had with her was her lack of attention to details. There were many times when we would have a conversation and talk about the same decisions we had decided on from our previous... conversations. There was sometimes a span in time between, but it seemed as though she did not take notes. By the end, I was sending a list of all the decisions we had made so that we didn't have to talk about them again. There were many times the process felt really inefficient.
