Elizabeth Kay Rhode Motley

My practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on construction defect, property damage, and other construction related matters. I have represented developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in matters before the Superior Courts and various Arbitration Services throughout Washington and Oregon. In addition to having a BS in Civil Engineering, I have experience as a law clerk with the Central Puget Sound Growth Hearings Management Board and, more recently, as in-house staff counsel for a Portland area insurance defense firm. My unique background enhances my ability to work with clients, counsel, and experts on legal and technical matters.
