Elizabeth Kuhn

Elizabeth is an associate on Bruce Gilbert’s team. With a focus on construction and development, Elizabeth assists in the defense of contractors, subcontractors and architects in all aspects of construction defect and design claims.

During law school, Elizabeth clerked for the Oregon Department of Justice, Government Services section, where she conducted legal research and assisted on several implied consent appeals. Elizabeth was also a law clerk at IP firm, Kolisch Hartwell P.C., where she worked on infringement analysis for trademarks and patents and drafted patent applications, takedown notices and responses to PTO office actions.

Prior to law school, Elizabeth was a mechanical systems design and analysis engineer at Boeing in Long Beach, CA on the C-17 military cargo plane. While with Boeing she performed engineering analysis of service equipment and prepared equipment recommendation documents for the US Air Force C-17 fleet.
