Biography
I am a civil trial attorney at the Bodyfelt Mount law firm. Over the years, I have defended a range of product manufacturers and been local counsel to Chrysler on product defect claims in Oregon. I have defended general contractors and electricians on Employer Liability Act cases, and have presented on the topic at the Oregon Governor’s Occupational Safety and Health Conference.
My most notable successes and greatest satisfaction has come from crafting pre-trial resolutions for clients in catastrophic injury cases.
Our firm also has a long-standing history of serving as primary and local defense counsel on asbestos and drug and medical device matters. We have been involved in mass tort litigation of latex gloves, vaccines, Fen-phen, pain pumps, metoclopramide, as well as defending a variety of individual medical equipment cases.
