David J Buono

David Buono joined Dunn Carney in June 2005 as a partner to practice construction law, business and commercial litigation and estate planning. He comes to the firm with 37 years of experience serving closely held businesses in Oregon and is known for his expertise in serving the construction industry and manufacturing industry.

Previously,  David was a partner with Buono & Block P.C. in Portland where their practice focused on business, commercial, construction, real estate and employment law.  David Buono founded Lindstedt & Buono P.C. Buono has represented clients in business acquisitions and sales, business formation and organization, business and commercial litigation, BOLI, Unemployment Department and Union grievance claims and hearings, construction lien and bond claims, drafting of construction and other business agreements, real estate transactions, estate planning/wills and trusts and probate proceedings.
