Alina Salo

In 2020/2021, I sought advice from Alina for concerns I had within the workplace. I found Alina through the Oregon State Bar referral service. I reviewed her bio online and was immediately impressed by her qualifications. We arranged a time for our consultation. The quality that I found most admi...rable in Alina during that initial call was how attentive of a listener she was. She did not interrupt me. She allowed me to babble out my entire story before she asked follow up questions. She never made me feel like I was being overly emotional or informative (I was :) ). Alina gave me some thoughts and I moved on. Months later, the situation worsened and I retained Alina to assist me in my dispute. Alina recalled the entire situation, but again, listened intently to me as I described the new events. Alina was so smart and strategic in the way she went about handling my claim. She kept me informed and took my suggestions seriously. I never had to follow up with Alina on status, she always contacted me with updates. I never felt nickeled and dime'd by Alina. I felt validated, believed, and well represented. I am so happy that I was able to find her. I don't believe I would have had a better experience with any other attorney. I highly recommend Alina. Anybody would be lucky to be represented by Alina.

Alina. So much to say about this wonderful lady. She truly is one of the most exceptional attorneys I've ever known and worked with. She gave my husband a great foundation, what to expect, while giving him a peace of mind during a very stressful time. Never did we have to wait, wondering if she would... return our calls/emails. She was on it, all with such professionalism, sweetness, and compassion. Everything she said would happen, it did, exactly. While in mediation she displayed the best poker face ever. (All I could think of was Lady GaGa.) Alina is one of the most admirable ladies I've met to date.
