“Robert stipulated to a public reprimand for meeting with a client’s child shortly after an attorney was appointed for the child. Robert acknowledged that this was in error. All other attorneys involved, including the child’s attorney, agreed that no individual was prejudiced or harmed by the conduct. The Oregon State Bar recognized that Robert’s conduct was not motivated by greed or self-interest and was simply a mistake.”
