Biography
I work to obtain justice for employees in Portland and throughout Oregon who are subjected to sexual harassment, whistleblower retaliation, disability discrimination, medical leave retaliation, injured worker retaliation, pregnancy discrimination, and wage theft.
I graduated in the top 5 percent of my class from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2004. I then spent several years working for some of the state's most prominent employment litigation firms. My work is now 100 percent focused on advocating for the rights of employees at Oregon Employment Law. Having successfully litigated hundreds of labor and employment claims, I have been recognized for my advocacy in employment law twice by Oregon Super Lawyers magazine.

Eric is a hard working professional attorney
I have never needed an attorney I was wrongfully terminated because of turning down a sexual advance from a supervisor .Eric guided me through the entire process he was very professional and punctual the entire time. I highly recommend Eric to anyone going through the same situation.

He really helped me when I needed it

Good result
I hadn’t used a lawyer before but Eric was easy to work with after I needed one because I was fired illegally. He was easy to work with and I was very happy with his results in my case. He kept me updated and always got right back to me when I called or emailed him.
