Paid him a large sum to prep for the hearing. <He estimated it would be $5k in the Consultation-way way off.> I had already paid filing fee and submitted all Documents but felt that I wanted Attorney Representation in the hearing. I knew I was in trouble from the beginning when my adversaries attorney had him eating out of her hand right from the start! However, nobody wants to start over with someone new. I should have followed my gut.

Separation is difficult as is, especially when children are involved but couple that with the compilations that come along with separating after domestic violence I felt hopeless and powerless.
