My most recent Statement showed $1900 left in the trust. The hearing w...as in a few weeks. It was a very simple straitforward modification & projected to be 5 hrs. No witnesses. Unexpectedly out of nowhere he demands $12500 within 2 days or threatened to quit.It was unjustified & I felt taken advantage of by his "good Ole boy" routine.So needless to say he withdrew last minute. I had no time to replace him & he ignored my request to at least send over the <Court Prep work>-documents-notes-exhibits...or at least something that he did to use in the hearing since I suddenly found myself unrepresented. I knew I was in trouble from the beginning when my adversaries attorney had him eating out of her hand right from the start! However, nobody wants to start over with someone new. I should have followed my gut.
