I,m 62 now and have needed a lawyer several times in my life, the results were less than good. However, working with Mr. Knewtson was a whole other story. He is 5 star in every aspect, he handled several matters for me for nearly two years, completing each as promised. His rates are great, no big ...fancy office for clients to support. He knows his stuff, and will not compomise your case, or be intimidated. He is also a very pleasant man, easy to work with, unless you on the opposing side. Hire him and you wont be sorry...

I was a client of Mr. Knewtson regarding a pending judgement against me by a major creditor's legal team. Bret provided clear instructions on what materials I would need to bring for his review at our first in-person consultation, which he scheduled two days after I called him because of a time cons...traint I was under. After review of my situation, he provided easy to follow suggestions on how to proceed. In my case, instead of taking more of my money, he explained that I could take the first steps myself to save desperately needed cash. These steps only took a couple of hours using information that he had already had me collect. During our meeting, Bret was very personable and made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. He spoke at my level, helping me to understand the conflicting language used in the documents I had to try to comprehend. I feel that I received a very good value for the limited funds I was able to spend. I will certainly use Mr. Knewtson again if the need arises.

I had the best expreience with Mr. Knewtson. I had no options left and I was about to be hung out to dry paying off the difference from the short sale of my house for the next 10 years. Be advised that it is always best to be foreclosed, you have protection and rights that way. He took a risk with... my case and got it dismissed, saving my family from bankrupctcy. Trusting in this man to fight the fight for me was one of the best decisions I ever made.

Working with Bret was an amazing experience. The lawyers I have had experiences with in the past have been the sterotypical lawyers; money grubbing, lacking empathy, or the ability to listen. Bret listened to every minute of my situation. Not just listened, but actively listened. He took the time to ...understand me as a person in my situation providing an individuialistic relationship between lawyer and client. Bret answered all of my calls, or returned them in a timely manner. He returned all e-mails in a timely manner. He acted as if my case was the only case, even though he had many different clients at the same time. Bret will take the time to explain everything to you from the difficult an complicated to the easiest and sillyest questions you may have, while providing a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend him to anyone, it really was the best legal experience I could ever ask for and even though I hope I never need him again, but if I do I would never go to anyone else for his field of expertise regarding the law.
