I went to Karen for estate planning to create a will and trust. I was under a deadline of a surgery and wanted to make sure everything was up to date just in case. Karen was terrific about working on a tight deadline, gave me great advice about how to assign beneficiaries, graciously dealt with chang...es, and was perfectly pleasant through it all! I am much more informed than I was going in and have my estate binder ready. I also want to make a call out to her assistant Colleen. Great practice and people!

Karen thoughtfully and carefully led my wife and I through setting up a trust for our estate plan. She was very thorough and very thoughtful in her approach. Her approach led my wife and I to think of some things we had not considered when setting up this very important document. When working with... her, one can tell she really cares about her clients and their well-being. Karen was referred to me by a close friend. I asked if I would like working with her and was told most definitely that I would. Karen made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I was there to review my trust and make changes to the document. We spent a good amount of time reviewing my old document...s and giving me new information on the changes in trust documentation. I was sent home with several documents to review and fill out as well as questions regarding the items in my old trust. At our next meeting we reviewed what I had accomplished and she went over the items that I had filled out. My final meeting with Karen entailed my getting my new trust documents and a thumb drive with all the trust information on it. Everything was nicely filed in a binder and extremely easy to read. Should you be looking for an estate attorney I would definitely recommend Karen and her staff, they are incredible!

Karen did a great job with a previous probate issue we had and most recently with putting together our family trust. She is thorough in her approach and explains complex legal issues in a very easy to understand manner. I have served as trustee for two different trusts and thought I knew a lot, but...
