Darin Wisehart

We have been clients of Darin's for almost 3 years now. In the middle of our chapter 13 process, and Darin has always been available to us to answer questions that arise. As I work nights, we mainly communicate via email and the occasional call. Responds quickly considering he has been a one-man show... for most of the duration of our relationship. He was the second attorney that we contacted when we decided to proceed with filing. Got off to a great start compared to the other attorney we talked to. Darin has made my wife and I feel like we are the only client, even though I know that not to be the case.

Darin was always available to answer my questions even when he was busy. The process for my Chapter 13 was smooth and he made sure i submitted all my paperwork and walked me through the while process. I feel like I can finally get my finances paid for and move forward in a more financially aware and ...sound way.

We needed to file chapter 7. I called Mr. Wisehart and explained our situation. After asking a few questions about our situation, he immediately told me what paperwork he needed from us. I received it in my email within 30 minutes- I collected everything he needed and the bankruptcy was filed the nex...t day! He kept in close contact with us both by email and phone- whenever we needed a question answered, he responded right away- Darin Wisehart is very professional, matter of fact and to the point. He made absolutely sure that everything was taken care of so we didn't have to worry about anything- especially since this is a very stressful life event to begin with. He never missed a beat- Our bankruptcy will be discharged within just a few days and with no problems at all- when being faced with a bankruptcy you MUST be able to trust and feel comfortable and confident in the person representing you- also to share a smile and a laugh at the most stressful of times was a plus... I would recommend Darin Wisehart to anyone faced with a decision like this..

We were recommended by family, and we couldn't be happier with the results we got! He helped us out no matter what time of day (including the million times I emailed for the smallest questions) he let us know everything we needed, was COMPLETELY honest with everything (what to do and not to do) it's ...always nice to meet somebody who's honest and not just trying to make a buck. He says we can go to him whenever we need after our bankruptcy is done, about any questions with our finances or buying something that we don't know if we are getting a good deal or not or if we can afford it (which is nice, so if we don't know what we're doing he can help) He made sure we had all the information we needed, and got our case done quick and easy. If I ever need anything, I will definitely be going back to him, and reffering all my friends and family!

Filed chapt. 13 to prevent loosing property due to delinquent property taxes. I needed time to work on getting Reverse Mortgage. Amount of monthly payments to bankruptcy court unmanageable, multiple problems with getting R.M. Darrin offered to look over & compare contracts for RM. Gave him 2-3 to rev...iew. Never got his feedback or advice on this. Found out had to get release from bankruptcy court to apply for RM. I asked Darrin's help with getting released. The bankruptcy referee was very slow to respond to request and to give info. on what was needed to give consent. The response finally obtained was vague and illogical. Darrin was not helpful with this. Finally I was released from bankruptcy for failure to make a payment. At the end, there was a race to obtain the RM before the county foreclosed on my property. Not having received Darrin's advice on a lender, as a last dish effort, began RM application process. However, FHA appraiser wouldn't finish appraisal because of deferred maintenance issues. I was in panic to meet deadline to prevent foreclosure. Darrin reassured me saying, if need be, he could refile to buy more time to work on RM. Then he failed to follow through before the deadline. County foreclosed. deferred maintane issue.
