Darin Wisehart

From the get-go Mr. Wisehart answered all my calls personally. While he was hard to meet up with (he has multiple office locations), he was never hard to get a hold of. I appreciated that Mr. Wisehart didn't waste our time together with "chit-chat" in order to bill me more for his time, as the 4 othe...r attorneys I interviewed prior did. He kept our meetings focused on the issues at hand and even kept me on track (I tend to lose track of my thoughts during this emotional time). He spent several hours of his own time searching for answers to my particular situation even though I had not decided to file yet. It's been a couple months now and my financial situation (and health) have deteriorated further. I will be calling Mr. Wisehart in the morning to finally pull the trigger.

Could not have chosen a better attorney for my bankruptcy case. He worked over the weekend, taking away time from his own family to get my case filed and stop the wage garnishment as quickly as possible. We needed to file chapter 7. I called Mr. Wisehart and explained our situation. After asking a few questions about our situation, he immediately told me what paperwork he needed from us. I received it in my email within 30 minutes- I collected everything he needed and the bankruptcy was filed the nex...t day! He kept in close contact with us both by email and phone- whenever we needed a question answered, he responded right away- Darin Wisehart is very professional, matter of fact and to the point. He made absolutely sure that everything was taken care of so we didn't have to worry about anything- especially since this is a very stressful life event to begin with. He never missed a beat- Our bankruptcy will be discharged within just a few days and with no problems at all- when being faced with a bankruptcy you MUST be able to trust and feel comfortable and confident in the person representing you- also to share a smile and a laugh at the most stressful of times was a plus... We were recommended by family, and we couldn't be happier with the results we got! He helped us out no matter what time of day (including the million times I emailed for the smallest questions) he let us know everything we needed, was COMPLETELY honest with everything (what to do and not to do) it's ...always nice to meet somebody who's honest and not just trying to make a buck. He says we can go to him whenever we need after our bankruptcy is done, about any questions with our finances or buying something that we don't know if we are getting a good deal or not or if we can afford it (which is nice, so if we don't know what we're doing he can help) He made sure we had all the information we needed, and got our case done quick and easy. If I ever need anything, I will definitely be going back to him, and reffering all my friends and family!
